Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call from our team.
  • A booking is confirmed only after advance payment or confirmation from Uttarakhand Cab 24/7.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.

Pricing & Inclusions

  • All fares are agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Toll taxes, parking fees, and inter-state taxes (if applicable) are charged at actuals unless stated otherwise.
  • Night driving charges (10 PM–6 AM) may apply depending on route and duration.
  • Waiting charges may apply beyond the agreed pickup time.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

  • All cancellations will follow our Cancellation Policy.
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Only credit notes will be issued as per applicable terms.

Usage of Vehicle

  • Vehicle usage is limited to the agreed itinerary.
  • Any additional distance or route deviation will be chargeable.
  • Vehicle cannot be used for illegal or restricted activities.

Passenger Responsibility

  • Passengers must be present at the agreed pickup location on time.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the passenger.
  • Misconduct with driver or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

Driver & Travel Conditions

  • Driver duty hours are limited unless agreed otherwise.
  • Night travel or extended hours may attract additional charges.
  • Driver will follow safe and permitted routes only.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete trips due to: road closures, landslides, weather conditions, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

Uttarakhand Cab 24/7 shall not be held liable for any indirect losses, delays, or inconvenience caused during the trip.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand, India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun.
