No cash refunds will be provided. Only credit notes are issued as per policy.
Cancellation Charges
24+ hours before pickup
Eligible for credit note of advance amount. Valid for 2 months and usable for future bookings.
12–24 hours before pickup
Partial credit note may be issued after deductions based on booking type and route.
Within 12 hours
No refund or credit note. Driver and vehicle are already allocated for your trip.
No-show / Not reachable
Full booking amount will be considered consumed. No refund or credit note applicable.
Credit Note Policy
- Valid for 2 months from issue date
- Can be used for any future booking
- Non-transferable and not convertible to cash

- No refunds under any circumstances
- Driver or vehicle may be substituted if required
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or government restrictions are not our responsibility
